Refund policy

 We are not offering exchanges or returns. (Subject to Change)

Refund will be given only for uneventful situations, please read BELOW

If you order the wrong size, please be sure to contact us within 12 hours from the time of purchase at signaturebygracie@gmail.com. As long as the items has not been worn and the tag is still on it, you can send it back to the address given. Once item is received, then you will be refunded via your original payment method then you can purchase the correct desired size if available. If you don't reach out to us within the timeframe, no refund will be issue.  

Please allow 3-5 business days for refund processing. Time may vary depending on financial institution. 

Damages and issues
We inspect all inventory upon arrival for any damages or torn. In the event that you receive a item that is incorrect (ex wrong color or size), we must be notified within 24 hours from the package being delivered. When we are notified we will then take the necessary steps to correct the issue.  Please inspect all package upon arrival. We are not responsible for any damage done through any USPS portal services. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items
All sale items are FINAL.
