Drop shipping is when OUR vendor fulfills your orders. The vendor ships products directly to YOU. You will receive your products right from our vendor warehouse.

We have built a strong relationship with our vendor to give you the best shopping experience that works for you. Also, you will be the first to purchase exclusive items (HOT OFF THE PRESS).

FAQ'S

1. Will I be charged a fee for using dropshipping? No, no hidden fees
2. Is my personal information protected? Absolutely, no need to worry. We have worked with our vendors to ensure the privacy and protection of our customers.
3. How long is the processing time? 1-3 business day
4. How long is shipping? Depends on what you select at checkout. Standard Shipping is 3-4 business days. We are not responsible for any items and packages lost during transit nor for packages marked as “Delivered” by the courier. Please check your mailbox and contact your mail courier. 
5. If I have an issue with my order, who do I need to reach out to? You will need to reach out to us. We can handle the rest.
6. Do you ship internationally? Unfortunately no, we are currently using U.S.-based vendors.
7. Are returns/refunds available for drop shipping? Not at this moment.

Please note actual delivery times are subject to courier service and weather conditions. Please ensure the address is correct during checking out. Once an order is received, it can't be canceled.
